Each of our guest rooms is individually decorated with a variety of colorful wall papers, fabrics, antiques, and rockers, and all have views of the inn's beautiful surroundings. Each room has it's own private bathroom.

Room rates vary between $95 per night and $150 per night based on double occupancy. Room rates are subject to a 9% Vermont Rooms & Meals Tax. Price includes a full breakfast served in our dining room. All rates and conditions are based on availability and subject to change without prior written notice.

With at least a 14 day notice, we will gladly refund your deposit less a $20 per room processing fee.  For cancellations with less than 14 days notice, the deposit will be refunded provided the room is rebooked.  Guests arriving after or departing before dates reserved, or those who fail to show, are responsible for the entire stay.

Room 1 ... think of a room in grandma's house and here you have it. Small cozy room with a queen size bed and warm quilts.	Room 2 ... features a Queen sized bed and a double bed and has a small sitting area. This room has it's own private, full bathroom. If offers a lovely view of the village green across the street.

Room 3 ... has a double bed and private bathroom. This room features antique furnishings, a patchwork quilt, and rocking chairs. A perfect spot to relax and enjoy the view of the church, next door to the inn.	Room 5 ... is a large room with a queen bed and private bathroom with shower. This room features a beautiful antique dresser. Relax and enjoy the view of the church next door and the stunning Green Mountains.

Room 6 ... this large size room has two twin beds and a country style decor. Private bathroom with shower.	Room 7 ... this mini suite consists of two rooms, one with a double bed, antique furnishings and quilts. The adjoining room features a twin bed and both rooms share a private bathroom.

Room 9 ... is on the 3rd floor and has a double bed with a private bathroom. This our country style room, with white brass bed frame, a bright patchwork quilt, and comfortable rocking chairs.
